Obituary
Lionel Jones was born on February 11, 1946 in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. He is the loving husband of Yvette Jones and father to sons, Lionel Jr., Rodney, Kevin, Daughters; Natasha, Melissa, Bianca, Peggy, Darquise, Sandy, Diana and Jacquy.
Lionel was passionately committed to the banking, real estate and transportation businesses. He was a true representation of the power of entrepreneurship. He enjoyed many aspects of the arts including music and acting. Lionel also believed in the democratic process of the United States as expressed through the right to vote. He volunteered annually at his local precinct for local and national elections. He passionately followed the politics of his native country, Haiti, with the intent of effectuating change.
He is the oldest brother to Patrick, Frankie, Martine, Huguette, Marie Jose, Nicole, Frantzy, Micheline, Evans, Patrick, Richard; a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, grandfather to a host of grandchildren and great grandfather to great grandchildren.
