Owner
Eric S. George is a prominent figure in the Miramar, Florida community as the owner of Eric S. George Funeral Home. With a remarkable tenure of 25 years, he has dedicated his life to providing compassionate and professional funeral services to the local residents.
Born and raised in Hallandale, Eric George has deep roots in the community. He understands the values and needs of the people he serves, making him a trusted and respected figure in times of loss and grief. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail have earned him a stellar reputation among both clients and peers.
Eric George grew up and historically opened the first funeral home in the Carver’s Ranches community (now known as West Park). A true “product of the community” he is embraced by many who watched him evolve into the man he is today.
As the owner of Eric S. George Funeral Home, Eric takes pride in offering a wide range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of families during their most challenging moments. From pre-planning arrangements to personalized funeral services, he and his dedicated team go above and beyond to ensure that each family receives the support and care they deserve.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Eric S. George is actively involved in community initiatives. He believes in pouring back in to the place that has shaped his beliefs and his acumen for solid business principals and most importantly lasting personal relationships built over the years. Whether through volunteering, sponsoring local events, or supporting charitable causes, Eric remains committed to making a positive impact on the community he calls home.
In 2022, Eric S. George expanded his reach in business and opened the Eric S. George Event Center. A multipurpose event center with over 1700 SF of rental space. The center provides a luxurious atmosphere with “top of the line” amenities to make special occasions memorable. The center is home to 2 resident worship centers and hosts special events such as baby showers, receptions, repasts, and so much more. The newly renovated center is open to the community at large and available for rent.
