I have been trying to locate Sandra for years and to find out she had passed almost 5 years ago is devastating. We were friends at nursing school and kept in touch for awhile. She even visited me in Milwaukee when she lived in Dayton, Ohio.
My regards to family especially her mother & brother who were so hospitable in Opa-Locka.

Sandra you had been on my mind for quite sometime. I wanted to thank you for all the encouragement while attending Tuskegee. i wanted to talk about our road trip to Atlanta and Disney world all those years ago. Now I'm wondering if somehow we were cousins. I've started to research my ancestry and by my great grandmother I too am a Gibson. Wish you were here so we could discuss the matter. Our path cross for a good reason RIP

Auntie San I will never forget the moments you took to invest in me when I was a little girl. You taught me how important it is to follow my dreams and to give nothing but my best. The sky was the limits in your eyes and you empowered me to never set limits on what I could achieve in life. Thank you for showing me both sides of the railroads in Miami. Today I am very passionate about my daughter, my career, loving people, and most importanlty l have found a way to translate my passion to my God. I only wish I could have shared with you my journey but I know we will meet again on the other side. Many blessings, Joy
